Couple of billion here, couple of billion there, and VOILA! before you
know it, you are talking about some real money. |

You have to admit, it is indicative of something
that there even exists a National Vaccine INJURY COMPENSATION
Program...
let me repeat that, just for emphasis a few times...
NATIONAL VACCINE INJURY COMPENSATION PROGRAM
NATIONAL VACCINE INJURY COMPENSATION PROGRAM...
so, one might deduce that there were some...
you know.... (dare I mention this to him?)
INJURIES from Vaccinations - as in...
for at least some people, it's NOT SAFE.

Not really. The statutory excuse is, simply, that the kids
need help regardless and our legal system isn't set up to
determine causality in individual cases.
For more history, look up "Bendectin." A drug where all,
bar none, of the trials and research done found that it was
not only harmless but beneficial (one ingredient was a B
vitamin, a common deficiency in pregnancy.) Despite that,
it was withdrawn from the market because the cost of
defending (and, note, winning 100%) lawsuits was more than
the sales produced.
.... exactly what the vaccine manufacturers were facing twenty
years ago. Win all the lawsuits, lose money. Business 101:
get out of the business. For some reason Congress didn't
like the idea.

Mike denies that. Would you two work out your doctrinal issues
and get back to us as to which is which?

Far safer than the diseases. I guess you are not aware of the fact
that safety is relative.
NO ONE ever claimed that vaccines are 100% safe, while you and the
other anti-vac liars clearly imply that not vaccinating is safe. |

Seems like what we are witnessing here from Mark S Probert, is inane
jealousy that he, of all the lawyers in NY, was one who was disbarred.
Seems he found another way to harm people and make money ... lying for
the med device and pharma industries and attempting to see that people
are denied insurance claims for alternative methods and for their
denial of MCS and other diseases. |

Exactly the problem. The lawyers and their "experts" get paid for
every case they bring. They cannot lose money.
This is precisely why VAERS data is so useless, since the lawyers have
their clients file reports to bolster their claims. |
