HELP ME

My son is 16 months old and he is getting 4 Molars ALREADY...is this normal?
I mean I know that every child is different but Ive never heared of this
before...he wont go down at night or eat as much as he should be and all he
has been doing for the past week is cry cry cry, so I know hes in a lot of
pain...and when I go to feel to see how they are coming down he screams soooo
loud so i know thats exactly what it is...Ive given him tylonol and Oral gel
but nothing seems to work....can somebody PLEASE help me out????? TJ
